The Nursing Shortage Case
The Unemployment rate in the U.S. is approaching an all time low. What this means is that those individuals who want a job or can work are currently employed. This does not mean there are no jobs out there that need to be filled. To the contrary, there are a lot of jobs available just not enough people to fill the jobs. One of the areas with the most vacancies is this country is the Nursing profession. Virtually every hospital is aggressively recruiting nurses. Due to the large number of vacancies, some hospitals are being forced to turn to foreign trained nurses. Experts anticipate nursing positions to be in short supply for years to come.
