I’m trying to learn for my English class and I’m stuck. Can you help?

Consider how fair or effective the due process rights of criminal defendants are. In doing so, respond to the following:

(a) Is it enough that criminal defendants be provided with a free attorney if they cannot afford one, or do they have the right to expect the same quality of legal representation that persons who can afford the best attorneys receive?

(b) Should taxpayers pay a criminal defendant’s costs for tools such as DNA testing, psychological or psychiatric evaluation, or expert witnesses?

This is supposed to be written in personal opinion but keep in mind that it is a discussion and do not have too much of a strong opinion.
