Using tables from your group’s FAME data dictionary created in week 5, Project Questions 5-57.

• 5-57 Create a FAME Data Dictionary and provide the following information for each field/data element:

• field name, definition/description, data type, format, allowable values, whether the field is required or optional, whether the field is indexed and the type of index, whether the field is a primary key, whether the field is a foreign key and the table that is referenced by the foreign key field.

Recreate 5-57 data dictionary and develop the following from it:

• Entity relationship diagram. use Visio, draw.io or another data modeling tool.
• Enhanced Entity Relationship Model. use Visio, draw.io or another data modeling tool.
• Logical Database Design. use Visio, draw.io or another data modeling tool.
• Physical Database Design. Using SQL in MS Access, build tables and establish relationships between tables.
