 Each group will receive a different mystery label to examine. The food label you will be working on contains all of the original food’s USDA nutrition facts, but has no information at all about the name of the food or the food’s ingredients. Your mission is to use the food label as your clue to determine the food’s identity. Make sure to use the nutrition information you have learned in this course and the nutrients on the label.

Do not use a search tool to determine what the food is.
