Pick one federal policy that was discussed over a span of two different administrations. Write a 3-4 page paper to discuss the historical perspective of the time when a federal policy was discussed or implemented. Analyze the social, economic, and political environments for the time. Critique the policy for its effectiveness of the time. Use at least four peer-reviewed references that are not older than five years old. A copy of the specifics of the assignment are attached.
