Can you help me understand this Writing question?

your letter is due (either a letter of inquiry, a letter of complaint, or a letter of recommendation; not a cover letter). The content of your letter is up to you; it can be comical/funny, but remember to present it professionally and to follow the correct format demonstrated in class. I have posted on Blackboard a copy of the letter format we used in class if you would like this as a model (“Course Materials” area; “Technical Communications” folder). You cannot submit a cover letter (or a letter of inquiry regarding an internship) for this assignment because you will be submitting those later in the semester.
