menu presentation

I have already made the slide presentation but I am still missing some required items

as below.

1. A three-course menu, including appetizer, entrée and dessert, needs to

be developed. Each course should have three menu items for flexible

options.

2. A sample of a well-designed Commercial Menu, such as the menu seen in a

regular restaurant.

3. A plan for meal preparation including timetable (up to 1.5 hours) needs

to be developed.
