You will participate in a daily mindfulness practice for one week. You will create a journal of their participation as well as reflection on their experience. Evaluation will be of students’ participation in journaling each day rather than their skill in mindfulness.
Guidelines
- You will participate in a daily mindfulness practice each day during this module.
- You can choose to try the same mindfulness practice each day or to vary the practices; the important part is to engage in mindfulness for a period of 15 to 30 minutes per day through this week.
- You will create a journal as a Word Document to submit in canvas.
- You should write 3 to 5 sentences of reflection each day; first person language is okay.
- Please date each entry. Evaluation will be of students’ participation in journaling rather than their skill in mindfulness. (Note: Please only share personal information to the degree you feel comfortable.)
