Reflect on those involved at the school and think about how you may start the change management process. Write a 5 page paper considering this change. In your paper:

• Describe the change
• Assess the major resistors to change.
• Describe the conditions in which resistance might be made.
• Assess how you will overcome the resistance.
• Summarize your personal and professional reaction to change.

When you write your paper, create appropriate headings in your narrative to organize your views and to give a smooth logical flow to your writing. It is suggested that you align your headings with the assignment instructions specified above.
