Visual Analysis Paper

Help me study for my Communications class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.

Select an image (or two) from an advertisement or PSA, and write a 2-3 page visual analysis of that image.

Your essay should demonstrate your knowledge of some of the concepts and methodologies we have addressed in class (e.g., gestalt theory, semiotics, rhetorical appeals, metaphor and metonymy, etc.)

Your essay should have a thesis, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. If possible, hand in a copy of your image as well (or provide a URL).
