Provide support for your response, citing the ways in which these characteristics usually lead to effective corporate governance.There are many qualities a simple human being should carry that makes them good people; I do, however, believe that there are characteristics that can turn a simple human being into a great person on the board of directors. Having good decision making, or leadership skills, I feel is a top priority to be a member of the board; A great leader should be able to make sound judgments in times of chaos and unclarity. They should obtain respect and passion, not only for the business, but also for the people and their diversity. Last, but certainly not lease, discretion; confidentiality is everything (2020).
